Happiness ~ Buddha Quote
I never believed in “mind over matter”, but I have to say that I have learned alot in the last 2 years about being mindful, and feeding yourself positive affirmations. Your attitude comes to be by what you think. If you are always negative, that will be what you attract, but on the other hand, if you are positive and present yourself with a smile, happiness will be found in you. No, it is not an overnight thing. We don’t become negative quickly, but rather, over a period of time. The same is to be said about happiness. It takes time to ingrain that habit into yourself.
Be kind to yourselves, practice positivity, and don’t give up.

The mind IS a powerful thing, my dear.
I completely believe in the power of positive thinking.

Absolutely. It is powerful in positivity and negativity. Got to make sure we use it in the right direction. ♥

Reading through your posting, I was about to say you were wrong about not becoming neagtive and happy quickly.
But, on thinking about it and dredging through my own experiences, I see you are 100% correct.

As long as it doesn’t come at the cost of fooling yourself.
You’ve shown amazing courage in being frothright and hones, and I sincerely hope you find every happiness there is!

I agree. Fooling myself would be the worst possible action.
Thank you Guap for your comments… always make me stop and reflect. ♥

I too have had this transformation over the past two years. No one could have delivered me here only opportunities itself…I am very appreciated of my struggles for I would not be in this moment of time of positive thinking and hence wouldn’t have all the possible happiness ahead of me!

I am glad you have had a wonderful transformation as well! Isn’t it beautiful to work through such difficult times and find yourself in a much better frame of mind now? So much happiness is available to us, it is hard to remember that at times. Thank you for reading and commenting!

I so agree with
“Isn’t it beautiful to work through such difficult times and find yourself in a much better frame of mind now?”
My problem is there have been times when I have been facing what seems like a bottomless pit, and then forgetting there is hope. Lucky my lapse of memory has always been short so far.
So in future I’ll try to remember the Buddha quote and your own
“Be kind to yourselves, practice positivity, and don’t give up.”

Perfectly said “So much happiness is available to us.” Thank you!

I very much agree with this. Who am I to say ‘today was a bad day’?

Spiritual quotes encourage us to always work on ourselves on a regular basis, because consistent mental positive programming is the key to happiness, success and greatness. Life is full of negative and positive experiences, but a person that is positively programmed is very less likely to be shaken or discouraged by their negative experiences in life. In order to move forward in life you have to have a clear purpose for the future, and you have to work on it day and night to ensure that it gets manifested into reality. Spiritual quotes (spiritual quote) are very important, because before you can live a self-fulfilled life you have to be in total control of the decisions that you make and the actions that you take on a day to day basis. The only way that you can make better decisions and take better actions is by constantly dwelling in a positive state of mind. A positive mind is the key to all the precious things that we hunger for day and night. Please help us grow this website by sharing it with your friends and family. Enjoy these spiritual quotes (spiritual quote), and always remember that happiness is a free gift to mankind, but in order to have it, you have to learn to perceive life from a positive perspective regardless of the negative circumstances that you are surrounded by.

Employ the power of positive quitting. Most of us view quitting as something negative, but it’s not. ‘Winners never quit,’ we’re told, when, in reality, winners quit all the time: choosing to stop doing things that aren’t creating the results they desire. When you quit all the things that aren’t working for you, when you quit tolerating all the negative things that hold you back, you’ll create a positive ‘charge’ in your life as well as create the space in your life for more positive experiences.

A very great deal of what we think, feel and do is no more than habit.

Indeed, very true.
