Just a friendly note for the wonderful people who come to read my writings. All poems are written by myself except where I note other artists.
If you intend to share my work with others, thank you from the bottom of my heart! I am more than thrilled that you are that moved by my writings. Please do share them.  :)
I do, however, ask that you please give recognition to me for all of my writings.
It’s the courteous and right thing to do. And of coarse, I will extend the same courtesy to you.
Love and Light. ~ BipolarMuse

  1. Such a beautiful writer, person, and I love your photographs as well. I know so many will greatly benefit from your site…one of the best I’ve seen. I admire your courage for sharing honestly and beautifully about living and coping with bipolar and mental health challenges. Keep writing; that’s where the healing is!

    • Thank you very much! I am glad that you enjoy my blog. I have certainly been on a bumpy road but I am happy to share with everyone…and I think that in sharing, I have found more strength and hopefully have helped others to find strength in themselves. Thank you so much for your comment. I am humbled. ♥ Healing is in the writing. :)

  2. A friend shared your writing with me today. She didn’t realize she had given me a great gift
I’m a freelance writer that’s learning how to blog, copyright, and promote. That’s not the gift. Your writing is beautiful and honest. I get to see the thoughts behind a strong woman who happens to be bi polar 1. My daughter is bi polar 2, rapid cycling. She was diagnosed at 30 years old.
She is taking her meds and has her own small cleaning business because she can’t handle working 9-5, and for somebody else .

    • Thank you for sharing this with me! I find that a 9-5 job does not work for me at all and that I do much better at jobs where I am on my feet running around. I was a rapid cycler too… often going from mania, to hypo-mania, and depression all in one day. It was brutal. I hope that your daughter has learned to thrive… we all deserve that. ♥
